When an event in Sri Lanka is postponed, the original poster and ticket confirmation may still show the old date. Before travelling, check the current organiser or ticketing page and identify which performance the update covers. Postponed, cancelled and sold out describe different situations and should not be treated as interchangeable.
Match the update to your booking On 18 October 2026, TicketsMinistry marked both the 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm Man What a Man performances at Bandaranayake College, Gampaha, as postponed. The two checked pages did not confirm a replacement date. Events in Sri Lanka has added a postponement notice to its corresponding listing and made it inactive. This update concerns those Gampaha performances; it should not be assumed to apply to every date of the play. Compare the title, city, venue, date and performance time with your confirmation. If a programme has multiple sessions, a statement about one session may not explain the others. Save the announcement or its source link alongside your booking reference so you can explain which performance you are asking about. Ask the seller about the next step Check whether the organiser has announced a replacement date and whether existing tickets remain valid. If you cannot attend a new date, ask the original seller about the applicable options and process. Do not assume a refund, transfer or credit is automatic, and do not rely on a policy from a different event. TicketsMinistry ticketing support for the Gampaha example is +94 77 737 1672. Keep travel decisions separate A ticket update does not automatically change a hotel or transport reservation. Review any separate arrangements directly with those providers. Wait for a confirmed replacement date and venue before making new plans based on an old poster. If a public listing still shows an outdated schedule, send its link to the listing publisher as well as checking with the organiser.
