A Taste of Malay Ceylon — Galle Face Hotel takes place on 23 October 2026 to 25 October 2026 at The Verandah, Galle Face Hotel, Colombo, Sri Lanka. Chef Ruzaina Hadgie of The Minority Taste joins Galle Face Hotel for a three-evening celebration of Sri Lankan Malay recipes, spices, stories and culinary traditions.
